Pet Policy
The Overlook at Walnut Creek welcomes your furry friends with open arms, allowing a maximum of two pets per apartment. A one-time fee is required, along with a modest monthly rent for each pet. We do have breed restrictions in place to ensure the well-being and comfort of all our residents, so we encourage you to reach out to the leasing office for more detailed information regarding these guidelines.
